Just got my first order from OtakuHype :-) The Pop-Up Parade figure was meant as a present, so I was super grateful for the well-wrapped box and the careful packaging that kept it safe during delivery. Can't wait to shop with them again soon!

This is the first company I've seen that really bubble wraps books instead of just using paper. To say the least, everything showed up in great shape. Shipping was fast, even with the strikes going on, and the prices were reasonable. I can't find anything to complain about and will surely be shopping with them again! Thanks a ton :)

I recently started collecting figures, and there was this one I really wanted that was sold out on almost every site.

Then I found OtakuHype, a UK figure store, and they had the exact figure I was looking for in stock and ready to ship right away.

I paid a fair price of about £45, which was cheaper than all those resell and import sites.

My order was dispatched on the 15th, and I got an email on the 17th saying it had shipped, complete with a tracking number.

Royal Mail delivered it on the 21st, which was faster than I thought it would be, especially with the strikes going on at that time.

The box was packed well and even included a custom business card, which I thought was a nice touch! ^^^

I’d definitely recommend them and will be back for more in the future.

I got a figure from Otakuhype and let me tell ya, I was super pleased! The shipping and delivery were lightning fast, totally within the promised time. Gotta give a shoutout to the packaging too; my order was packed really well, and there was zero damage to my item. My preorder showed up today for a fresh Popup Parade. The cost was reasonable, and the shipping was super quick (after I finally thought to look for the invoice, oops) and the product was packed nicely - lots of cushioning and quite durable too.
